![]() ![]() The muscle as a whole can produce varying levels of force, but an individual fiber is only capable of producing its own amount of force if more force is required, then more fibers are recruited. I have been debating with N2, and we agreed on the all the all-or-nothing principle in muscle fibers. We make our world significant by the courage of our questions and by the depth of our answers.
